YIN YOGA

ACTIVE SENIORS Active Seniors

Supervised progressive strength and training program for the over 50’s to in a social setting to help improve:

STRETCH, REVITALISE & RELAX (RENAMING)

Low intensity seniors class to improve:

  • Strength
  • Balance
  • Co-ordination
  • Muscle Tone

The relaxation component will calm and refresh the soul. 

ZUMBA

Designed as a combination of salsa and aerobics, there’s no right or wrong way to do Zumba. As long as you move to the beat of the music, you’re participating in the exercise.

BOXING FIT

Is a high-intensity cardio workout based on boxing techniques. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will improve your core and build strength.

PILATES

A practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of the mind, and controlled breathing

BODYSTEP®

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs - Full Body Cardio Workout for 45 minutes:

Expect a mixture of energising upbeat, rhythmic stepping with squat and lunge patterns to work your legs combined with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises. RPM

RPM® 

Pre-choreographed 45 minute indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity.  It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 600 calories a session.
