Geographe Leisure Centre and Naturaliste Community Centre will be maintaining a contact register of patrons, staff, visitors and contractors for COVID-19 contact tracing. This is mandatory from Saturday 5th December, however we have introduced tracing as of today, to allow patrons time to adjust.
All persons that enter the facilities will be required to register each time they enter in one of the following ways.
- As a member please ensure you continue to scan your membership band or toggle into the relevant area of the facility.
- Non-members please download the SafeWA app. This is a free system that uses QR codes to register attendance. QR codes will be displayed throughout both centres.
- Alternatively record your name and number on the paper-based contact register if you choose not to use the SafeWA app.
Unaccompanied children under 16 are not required to register, however are encouraged to do so.

Please remember to continue to sanitise your hands upon entry and maintain physical distancing whilst in the facilities.
